Sausage Rice

Most of us love eating Chinese food.... and is there anyone who doesn't like sausages? so from my kitchen, here comes a tasty chinese style fried rice with sausages.

Cooked Rice: 2 cups
Onion: half a small onion diced
Ginger: 2 tsp
Garlic: 1 tsp
Sausage: 2 chopped
Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce: 1/2 tsp
Salt: as required
Oil: 2 tbsp
Carrots and peas: 3 tbsp (I used frozen)

Heat oil in a wok. Saute Onions, ginger and garlic for a minute on low flame.
Add the chopped sausage and let it cook for about 3 minutes on low flame. Make sure you keep turning the sausages.
Now add the peas and carrot and cook till done (If you are using fresh vegetables, microwave for a minute or two before sauteing)
Add the cooked rice, soya sauce, pepper and salt and mix properly on low flame.
Take off fire and serve with tomato sauce.

You can scramble eggs also and add to this rice and that will look like this.. Ive added a little more soya sauce in this...
