Thenga Chammanthi



Coconut: 1 grated
Dried Red Chillies: 10
Shallots:4
Ginger: a small piece
Curry leaf: 1 sprig
Tamarind: a gooseberry sized ball.
Salt: as needed

Pulse the dried red chillies first and then add all the other ingredients and grind it till done.
Serve with Rice.
